Another beautiful and interesting read, Adam! I'm a bit old style person I guess and for this reason and LOVED so much the idea of sending postcards to themself and, among all, the one of having a scrapbook! The latter is something I am already doing as I found out it keeps the memory very bright in my mind and is so nice to look at the souvenir and to think: "this comes from that particular place for that particular reason".

I always struggle to get other people know what am I doing 'cause I do not take lots of photos and also, during my trips, I always completely disconnect my phone to fully soak the energy of the people, surroundings and live in the moment but I can apply some of your methods to keep them informed.
